Do you really have 141 standard colours?
Yes. Our standard colour ring includes 141 carefully developed shades. Beyond those, we have created more than 450 custom colour combinations for clients — these are bespoke blends, not additional stock colours held on the shelf.
Why is one colour code often not enough?
Natural hair combines root depth, highlights, balayage placement and warm or cool reflections. A single code describes one tone, so a natural match is usually built from several tones planned as a colour formula from root to end.
What photos should I send for the most accurate match?
Use natural daylight with no filter or flash. Include front, back and side views, plus close-ups of your roots and your ends. Avoid dark rooms, yellow salon lighting and cropped images that hide the roots or ends.
Can you match a colour I ordered before?
Yes. We save your custom formula so future orders repeat the same result. If you have a previous order reference, include it and we will replicate the colour.
